Nicholas is an associate at Sangra Moller LLP. He advises clients on public and private company transactions, including public offerings, private financings, mergers & acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. He also provides ongoing advice to clients with respect to securities regulatory compliance, continuous disclosure obligations and stock exchange matters.

Prior to joining the firm in 2026, Nicholas articled and practiced securities law in the Vancouver office of a national Canadian law firm.
